I fell into a depression in late June and don't know if I've made a complete transition out yet, but I am getting there.

Starting with getting healthy, I am in the beginning stages of a food cleanse. What does that mean? Supplements and a strict diet! I am rebuilding my nutrition and workout outside of training has been a challenge. With post-season in full effect, I have had no will to do anything. Its sad really, but it happens. What I need to do is get inspired again and rebuild my habits.

Meeting my amazing team and mentor for the first time. Started this journey having had an eye condition, skin condition, nutrition restrictions, dehydrated from drinking and smoking, out of breathe with crappy posture, 15 lbs. heavier, and no clue to what an Ironman was.  





8 months later... 
Still have an eye condition, maintaining skin condition, altering nutrition restrictions, less drinking, stopped smoking, standing taller, 26.4% body fat (from calories!!!!), 24.6 BMI, and completely invested in the Ironman lifestyle.
