Starter post of 2015

This blog was set up to track my health. As you can see, I have done a poor job of updating. I am trying to stay socially accountable for my race sponsors, so here is my first post. The mind, body, and soul have been fed daily with all mediums of nutrition. As I continue to nourish myself with the beauties of life, may you be motivated to make change in yourself.
